Carolina Heat Pipe President to Present at the 2023 ASHRAE Winter Conference

We are pleased to announce that Carolina Heat Pipe President, Darrell Sandlin, will present at the 2023 ASHRAE Winter Conference, February 4-8, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. The presentation will be live and streaming for those attending the conference virtually.

The seminar that Darrell is participating is Seminar 18, scheduled at 1:30 pm, Sunday, Feb 5, 2023. LIVESTREAM: High Performing Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and Enhancements for Controlled Environment Agriculture. 

Controlled Environment Agriculture is growing in popularity and market needs require improved efficiency. In this seminar, we will focus on the different design requirements and internal loads for plant-occupied spaces in comparison to people-occupied spaces. Attendees can expect to learn the range of equipment required, the differences between a controlled agriculture and comfort cooling and installation and lastly, maintenance needs over time for latent enhancement equipment.
